Case Studies: (Please note that we are in the process of posting case studies to this site)

The following case studies, are good examples of good practice in the criminal justice system.

  Apex Trust: Offers a range of services to ex-offenders and employers to ensure a better employment relation.

Depaul Trust: Protects and supports over 3,800 young people each year. The Trust has developed two projects running inside and outside of prisons to help break the cycle of re-offending.

     Kainos Community: Offers prisoners therapeutic offending behaviour interventions, supportive community living and social development with the motto: ‘Challenge to Change’.

        Mothers Union: In the UK, over 1,000 MU volunteers work in 90 prisons, seeking to help families sustain and develop their relationships whilst parted by imprisonment.

  YMCA is committed to providing a place for young people, particularly in times of need. The YMCA is the largest voluntary provider of safe, secure and affordable supported housing for young people in England.
